Avocado Pesto Pasta

I have been wanting to make this ever since I found the recipe a year ago and it is just as delicious as I thought it would be. Although most anything with avocado is. This pesto is creamy and mild. Be sure to add the bacon, though. It adds that extra kick. 

Avocado Pesto Pasta

8 ounces thick spaghetti, cooked al dente
1-2 large avocados, scooped
2 tablespoons olive oil
 a handful of fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
6-8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
about 2 dozen cherry tomatoes (give or take, to taste)

Mix together the avocados, olive oil, basil leaves, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Add to the cooked spaghetti and toss with the bacon and cherry tomatoes. You can serve it hot or cold.
